Are We All on the Same Page? Women and the Old Testament

This course will explore various biblical texts of women in the Old Testament to address some of the most challenging issues and questions that come up as we read the Bible. Dr. Dharamraj will engage the role of women in the scheme of creation, our world, and the mission of God. This course will also tackle some of the most difficult texts in Scripture that involve women throughout the Old Testament, such as patriarchy, sexual assault, childlessness and widowhood. Finally, this course will help us to contextualize these difficult passages of Scripture to make it relevant to our modern day.
